Submissions are now closed.

A maximum of 12 semifinalists will be contacted by May 15, 2023.

If selected:

1. Semifinalists will have 72 hours from time of e-mail or phone notification to provide a full libretto (as a .pdf) and links to all musical elements to the selection committee via e-mail to: submit@pipelinearts.org

2. Semifinalists will be invited to interview with at least one member of the selection committee between May 16 - June 1.

A maximum of 6 finalists will be notified by June 15, 2023.

Winners will be announced (including a results e-mail to all applicants) and awarded by June 30th, 2023.

United States citizenship is not a requirement to receive the grant, but you must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside/work in the U.S. for a majority of any given year.

Due to reader and program constraints, we are unable to provide feedback on entries. To make these awards as accessible as possible, there is no fee to apply.
